Took over 3weeks to get a schedule appointment. Service department was understaffed. Not able to tell me when an ordered part would be in so we can schedule a follow-up appointment. Now driving my new car without GPS, mapping and many other features that came with auto while waiting on a part that no one knows when will be here.

After I left the dealership, I noticed a message on the dash that wasn't there before. My wife took the car by the dealership and they corrected the problem. A few days later, we left for a 3 day stay in Dallas and found the Navigation would not work because a message said an SM card was missing> The system worked before going for service but not any more. I plan to take it back to the dealership to see if the problem can be rectified.

The service department was excellent. Brought my vehicle in at 9 AM, had my diagnosis in price before noon. The vehicle was repaired the next day because of waiting on a part delivery. The mechanic left the oil cap off….engine light kept going off so I opened the hood…there it was oil all over the inside. Oil cap was on the left side of the top just laying there…..then we checked the dip stick…..it was BONE DRY. The ladies at the front of the service desk were AWESOME! Rita Lamb
