I have only had my truck a few days, but I really like it so far. The only issue i have found is that the display doesn't want to mirror maps from my phone all the time. I have found that this is an issue that is already being looked into for several makes and models. I want to say that my salesman Kyle was great. He was very friendly and patient with me through the whole process and did his best to answer my questions while learning my trucks features.

I signed a trade agreement for $33,120 and when I got through there had been a lot of other add ons and the paper I signed for just over $33,000 turned into almost $36,000. I went back to the dealership and complained but the finance lady said she just used the papers given her. The problem occurred somewhere between the salesman and the finance person. This needs to be investigated. I would turn it over to a lawyer but the cost of a lawyer would outweigh the $3,000 I am entitled to. Thank you in advance for following up on this.

Thank you for the opportunity to express the "poor" rating that I have checked above. I'm a 75 year old veteran and I would say that my experience at Hope Auto is the worst I've had in purchasing a vehicle. First - I was handed two offers on the vehicle I was interested in from the Sales Manager: a cash offer and then an offer if I financed the vehicle. Both of the offers were a numbers game with absolutely no explanation as to what all the numbers meant, e.g. Hope Protection Plan $1299?, Guess that was up to me to just figure out! The Sales Manager quoted me two estimated sales tax charges based upon the total purchase minus the trade in. However - I found out Monday from the person that does the sales paperwork that I will also have to pay sales tax on the rebates also. Unfortunately for me I accepted the finance offer because the discount went up but my trade in allowance went down $3618 from the cash offer. Maybe I could have slept since I made the purchase if someone had explained why I lost $3618 on my trade in by financing the vehicle. . After I accepted the offer it seemed like I was on my on for the rest of the afternoon attempting to log in to ID.me so that I could get my military discount. Frankly - I got the impression that I was being avoided so that they didn't have to answer questions. This is the first time I've ever purchased a vehicle and either the salesman or someone from the dealership didn't sit down in the vehicle with me and go over all of the features of the vehicle. I asked the Sales Manager if I could get my tool chest taken off of my trade in truck and if they would install it on my new truck and all I got was the shop hands had gone home. He told me to come back at 9:30 a.m. the following Monday and he would have it put on my new truck. I went to the dealership at 9:30 a.m. Monday morning and finally got the tool chest (which only had two toogle bolts) installed shortly after 1 p.m. I did ask the salesmen on Monday if I got a free first oil change and my tires rotated and he said I got a free oil change but he didn't know if the tires being rotated was included. I walked away from Hope Auto hoping that I never have to go there again for anything and I just hope other Chevrolet dealerships will be better at customer service and customer care than I found them to be as I'll have to get my truck serviced at one of them.

After I left the dealership, I noticed a message on the dash that wasn't there before. My wife took the car by the dealership and they corrected the problem. A few days later, we left for a 3 day stay in Dallas and found the Navigation would not work because a message said an SM card was missing> The system worked before going for service but not any more. I plan to take it back to the dealership to see if the problem can be rectified.
